Central Coast Horse Boarding and Training riding arenas

Central Coast Horse Boarding and Training Center, in San Luis Obispo, offers numerous high-quality riding arenas with premium footing for both the performance horse rider and for the every-day rider. Arenas are groomed frequently and managed to dry quickly after rain. Arenas are usually ready to be ridden in after only 1 to 2 days after a rain storm. The arenas have all been constructed with a base and Walkers maintain arenas with a clean quality sand mixture to create a ideal footing for reiners and working cow horses in addition to other performance sports.

Arenas
Central Coast Horse Bording and Training Center arenas come in several sizes to suit training of all stages and equestrian sports.

Rectangular Arena

This large, rectangular arena is an ideal arena for any equestrian sport. It is nestled at the base of Bishop's Peak, is lined by oak trees and a running creek. It measures 130 ft x 315 ft. It is equipped with cattle runs and high-quality roping chutes.

Round Arena
The round arena is the perfect size for young horses just coming out of the round pen, working cattle, or simply for riding in a more controlled environment where your horse is guided by the curvature of the arena. The round arena is constructed of heavy pipe fencing and is maintained with high-quality footing. It measures 125 ft across.

Covered Round Pen
The large covered round pen is protected from wind and rain. It is used to start colts under saddle as well as exercising during rainy days, or just getting the edge off your horse.

Turn-out Paddocks

Central Coast Horse Boarding and Training has beautiful, safe, and spacious turn-outs for your horse to enjoy while sunning themselves. They're separated by an alley, so no flirting or fighting can occur.
