Horse Training
The staff at Central Coast Boarding and Training combine their love and appreciation of horses, years of experience, and tireless dedication to provide a safe, professional environment for their clients. Training, colt-starting, and equine rehabilitation is offered as well as exercising to maintain fitness. Horses in the care of Central Coast Boarding and training are ridden or exercised daily and treated with respect and kindness.
Central Coast Boarding and Training offers training with trainer: Mike Lund (former equine department head at California Polytechnic State University). Mike Lund starts, trains, and shows reined cow horses. He is kind, patient and very capable with lessons as well. We also offer weekly ride nights with guest trainers from all equestrian disciplines.
